All about Elton John
Elton Hercules John is a british pop/rock singer, composer, pianist and is one of the most popular and successful singer in the music history. He was born in england and started playing the piano at the age of four and at 11 he won a scholarship to royal academy of music. In 1960's john and some of his friends formed a band called corvettes and later it was named has bluesology. In 1989 elton released his first album called empty sky, which got good reviews, but it failed to click the record buying public, later he released selftitled second album. Elton John released the concept album called tumbleweed connection, it reached top 10 in billboard 200. Elton has started his own label called rocket records then he released the pop album called dont shhot me iam the only piano player which became a big hit.
Elton also worked for the films and produced a sound track for the movie friends, later he also in the films like born to boogie, tommy. In 1994 he wrote the songs for disney animated film called The Lion king and it went on to become the best-grossing traditionally-animated feature of all time, with the songs playing a key part. Five years later Elton John wrote the score for muse and a year later he composed songs for another animated film called, the road to el dorado. He won tony award for best musical score and grammy award for best musical show album.
